DAS Legal Counsel
The legal counsel for DAS performs contract drafting and negotiations for a wide variety of products and services;
investigates employee complaints; works with the
Attorney General’s office on litigation and other matters;
provides input into DAS administrative rules and policies; recommends to
the Director whether sole source purchase requests should be
approved and whether waivers of administrative rules
should be granted; and other projects as assigned.
